Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Is an EXPERT in the field of Software Development and Delivery: • Hands on development experience working with C#, , Razor, HTML, CSS and MVC. • Strong experience with a front-end JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue • Expert experience with object-oriented design and development • Strong backend database experience such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle • Strong hands-on experience working with Cloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google • Experience working in Azure DevOps Jira or other work management toolsets • Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines and working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or others • Experienced in critical path and agile solution delivery methods and is able to develop workable action plans Is an EXPERT in crafting custom solutions that deliver unmistakable value: • Very strong verbal and written interpersonal communication - able to clearly articulate business and technical problems and salient options / recommendations to solve • Strong experience in eliciting business and solution requirements from stakeholders and managing stakeholder collaboration • Strong experience verifying and validating requirements and presenting solution options that provide clear potential value to stakeholders • Expert experience in analyzing current-state and defining future state solutions in context of features, performance, limitations, value, and organizational change impacts. • Experienced in executive interaction and in performing strategic planning and establishing the future vision • Experienced in developing enterprise-level solutions • Ability to establish greenfield solutions • Experienced in assessing risk and developing strategic risk responses • Ability to evaluate overall solution cost benefit to the business • Ability to design a tailored solution delivery approach and accurately estimate work effort • Ability to create coding patterns and implement system architecture guidelines • Ability to write technical scope for a business proposals and responses to RFPs Is a LEADER within the organization and community: • Leadership experience in an agile delivery environment • Ability to direct and lead multiple teams of developers simultaneously • Promotes a learning culture and has the ability to mentor and structure the professional development of individuals in the software development and delivery field; Leads by example by actively pursuing professional development, earning credentials and accreditation, and striving for continuous improvement • Actively engages in the software development community through participating in local / regional user groups and conferences, publishing as a thought-leader, or other means • Has built a reputation as the go-to person to solve difficult problems CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $122,200- $240,600.
