As a Desktop Analyst, you will be part of the Client Services team supporting Tier 2+ clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Job Title: Desktop Analyst Tier II Location: ONSITE in Dublin, OH Pay Range: $25hr Contract Length: 6mo to start Address computer hardware and software issues Assist with PC deployments Record assets in a management system Interact with clients directly in a walk-up style IT Clinic Demonstrate knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting What's Needed? Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred 2+ years' experience in related field preferred Applicable technical certifications preferred Excellent technical skills Strong interpersonal skills What's in it for me?
