Job Description Salary: $50,000-$90,000 Summary: IHL Group is looking for a passionate Technical Product Manager to join our footwear division! This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a leading company within the fashion industry. About IHL: IHL Group is a New York City-based, trend-driven company specializing in Women and Children's apparel. Established in 2007, IHL Group has securely positioned itself as a recognized manufacturer and wholesaler with its North American and global presence across all major channels. Responsibilities: Review all samples with the design team to ensure quality and fit. Review outsole/hardware tech packs/blueprints/3D models/grading/details with the design team. Correspond daily with overseas factories. Arrange and conduct clear and concise fit/sample review sessions. Record fit session comments and relay information to overseas. Influence changes as needed to help ensure product fit, quality, and delivery goals can be successfully achieved in bulk production. Create sample status charts and ensure all ETDs/ship dates are clearly understood by cross-functional teams (production, sales, and design). Manage production calendars and lead times for pre-production and fit samples. Review some production packaging, packing ways, and compliance. Qualifications: 3+ years of technical footwear experience within the industry. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal). Strong understanding of footwear sizing, quality, engineering, factory operations, and realistic timelines. Ability to multi-task and adapt to change. Proven ability to independently, consistently, and appropriately manage risk at all stages of product development. Ability to manage and follow through with tasks from start to finish. A trained eye for basic design aesthetic details. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a plus. Shoe size: women's size 6 or men's size 9 is a plus. Job Logistics: Location: New York, NY - Midtown West Schedule: We are operating in-office Monday-Friday.
