Hybrid: Two days in office and 3 days remote. JOB TITLE: BI/ETL Developer MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Prefer degree in Computer Information System or MIS • Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy - ability to transform end-user requirements into system and end user test cases • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and multiple competing priorities • Profile & Analyze Source Data (Mainframe Extracts, flat files, SQL Server, web Services etc.) usage using Informatica ETL. • Analyzing and evaluating data sources, data volume, and business rules. • Automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring. • Extraction, transformation and load of data using the ETL tools. • Configure/Script Business rules and transformation rules in Informatica. • Understanding the data model, designing the model for EDW, mapping the data and running the ETL jobs. • Ensure appropriate level of Unit Test and System Test of all the deliverables • Defect fixes for System Test, Operational Acceptance Test and Production - Familiarity with framework - Development experience using Informatica cloud. - Good to have basic Salesforce knowledge • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment and ability to think outside the box in order to ensure testing is thorough • Ability to take initiative in researching problems and proposing solutions • Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours to complete project tasks and coordinate migrations and/or calls with stakeholders in various time zones after hours Skills: Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, Windows, SQL, Data visualization • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English with business stakeholders and act as a trusted SME of their business system processes Responsibilities: - Develop, support data integration projects using Informatica cloud and other ETL/ reporting tools - Monitoring Informatica Cloud jobs and other ETL jobs by alert logs. - Data consolidation and Data warehouse with SQL server - Design, develop, and implement scalable, automated infrastructure for data extraction, processing, computation, and delivery - Should be able to understand performance tune pl/sql queries EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Prefer degree in Computer Information System or MIS LOGISTICS: Shift: This position is a standard 8-5 or 9-6 shift however evening, weekend or on-call work may be required with notice.
