Technical/Functional Skills Strong understanding of IBM Security Access Manager 6+ years of experience of installing, configuring and upgrading/migrating IBM Security IAM solution components. Strong understanding and good handson in MFA Good knowledge on Webseal Good Knowledge on LDAP Troubleshoots, investigates operational problems and provides resolution/remediation. Performs maintenance activities e.g. patching, performance tuning and backups Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently Integrates ISIM and ISAM software components, provisioning targets, user workflows and protected web applications Works on 6.x ISAM Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) Able to handle ISAM upgrades to latest version Experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML.
