Job Summary The Scrum Master will lead and facilitate Agile processes for infrastructure and data center projects, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of deliverables. This role requires expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, experience with PI planning, and collaboration across IT teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning and ensure alignment across teams. • Guide and coach the team on Scrum and Agile principles to enhance productivity and delivery. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members on infrastructure and data center projects. • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress. • Track and report project metrics to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of IT experience, with a focus as a Scrum Master. • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. • Hands-on experience with PI Planning. • Previous experience with infrastructure projects. • Strong communication and organizational skills to drive team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data center projects. • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. Education: Bachelors Degree
