We're deeply committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where each person can contribute.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Production sales staff working from the Cavco manufacturing facilities support and drive wholesale and builder sales, helping to develop new accounts as well as provider ongoing account management to strengthen ongoing business relationshipsThe Production Regional Sales Account Manager (RSM) is accountable for the management of specific ongoing accounts. He/she drives new sales through existing wholesale and developer customers by ensuring they are satisfied with all aspects of Cavco's product offering and service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Enter orders and/or make custom changes to existing orders per customers requestTake phone calls from retailers and answer questions and/or help them with requests.Spends a majority of time speaking with clients from within the plant office.Answer questions from production that may arise regarding units being built.Review and help maintain accuracy of all floor plan brochuresOrder floor plan brochures and décor samples for retailersKeep retailers informed of any product changes or necessary information by distributing product municate off line dates and shipments to clients for all their homes.Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrityRepresents company at trade association conventions and expos to promote product.Performs prospecting efforts for new accounts in markets we do not have QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of relative work experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office; Deacom experience a plusStrong understanding of small home design and space planningComprehension of home building construction processesStrong analytical aptitudeProblem solving and negotiation skillsDemonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issuesAbility to be creative, strong presentation skills and a self-starterEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentResults oriented, attention to detail and good time management skillsWe offer: Medical/Dental/Vision InsurancePaid Holidays401K MatchGenerous PTOFSA/HSA PlansLife /Disability/Accidental Insurance and much more!For more about Cavco Industries and who we are, visit Industries is a leading builder of manufactured homes, modular homes, park model RVs, vacation cabins and commercial buildings in the United States.
