Food Production Packer We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food Production Packer or Sanitation. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of food production while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of food safety and quality. Responsibilities General housekeeping/janitorial duties Tear down & clean production equipment/conveyors Wash down all production equipment & fryers Help with line changeovers & set ups Cleaning of production area walls, ceilings & floors Washing of dishes and other equipment Assisting maintenance & production when necessary Help with fryer cleaning & oil filtration Dusting & wiping down flat surfaces and tops of control panels Will be trained on mobile equipment such as pallet jack & Forklift Will be trained in some technical cleaning tasks Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Ensure consistent quality product is being produced Follow all policies and procedures Maintain a clean and safe workspace Follow directions from supervisors Communicate any issues with supervisors Requirements: Crew Members are needed to work their shift including weekends hours and times vary! 3rd shift schedule which includes weekends, weekend hours are generally Friday 9pm-5:30am & Saturday 6pm to 2:30am Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications and Skills Must be reliable Must be able to work 6 days a week Must want to be hired on permanently Must have good written and oral communication skills Must be able to stand long hours Must be able to bend and lift repeatedly Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work accurately Must have good attendance Must have High School Diploma or GED Benefits/Compensation Full Time All Shifts Available Pay Rate is $16 per hour Opportunity to Be Hired On After Contract Hours are Met Promotional Opportunities Overtime/Double time opportunities Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts Benefits After Hired on Paid Time Off (PTO) After Hired on Location Lake City, PA About Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.
