JDA Allocation, Demand & Fulfillment and Enterprise Planning SonSoft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm and duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services. Responsibilities: At least 2 years of working experience in implementing/supporting JDA Allocation, JDA Demand and Fulfillment Planning, JDA Enterprise Planning. Ensure overall integration between business requirements, technical solution, business processes, and change. Co-develop technical integration requirements among non-JDA systems to deliver effective end-to-end integrated solutions. Participate in the completion of business driven deliverables and directly interact with customers. Provide thought leadership in decision making. Proactive governance and checkpoints to ensure quality and consistency of delivery. Implementation experience in JDA Allocation, JDA Demand & Fulfillment Planning. Facilitate fit/gap analysis, identify impacts, and prepare training related to Demand & Supply Planning processes. Coordinate with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications. Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements and provide technical leadership in the development/implementation project. Strong conceptual understanding of Supplier, Manufacturer & Retailer in Supply Chain Planning. Knowledge of all configurations and architecture, need variables in JDA Allocation, forecasting algorithms in JDA Demand Planning, and supply planning processes in Fulfillment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment. Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships. Strong consulting mindset and exceptional client interfacing skills. Knowledge of other JDA modules would be an added advantage like ESP and Demand 360. Knowledge of estimation techniques and presales experience would be desirable. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
