Responsible for talent, operations, customer/brand experience and overall profitability in a market that consists of 8 - 15 stores. This person is a leader and coach, and a champion of our culture and values. The Market Leader reports directly to the Sr. Divisional Director or VP of Sales. Develops and leads a team of Store Managers providing leadership, direction and continued coaching and feedback Builds a talent bench by developing internal talent and attracting external talent Drives a high-performance culture with a customer-centric approach that achieves results Executes plans and delivers results against the company's long-term strategy Inspires and motivates teams on the company's Game Plan Leads change throughout the Market Ensures the execution of the merchandising experience throughout the Market Executes all selling and delivery initiatives Sets clear expectations and holds teams accountable to operational standards Keeps current on local competition to share promotional and operational insights with store teams and home office partners. Embody our values: Own It and Serve Others The ideal candidate will have among other skills and abilities: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience Ability to read and interpret documents including profit and loss statements Ability to write reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and team members Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent across a multi-unit environment Proficient using business related technology systems Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities Ability to break down complex ideas and communicate them in simple and easy to understand ways Desire to continuously improve #J-18808-Ljbffr
