Our clients rely on us to provide compassionate and effective legal support, guidance, counseling and litigation services as we assist them in navigating and resolving their current hardships. As a growing company, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and make an overall impact on our client's lives. The role: Were seeking a self-starter who possesses strong negotiating skills, creativity and a can-do attitude. This role is one of the first touch points for prospective clients and is integral in setting the tone for the sales cycle following. The ideal candidate has deep understanding and experience with the entire sales process- excelling at lead conversion, relationship building, and deal closing. Were looking for someone with a successful track record of closing claim and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls with proven experience converting inbound leads Represent the companys products and services with a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our clients Maintain professional and ethical relationships while maintaining client confidentiality Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics Work closely with marketing, client services and other departments within the organization Handling client inquiries and correspondence with compassion and accuracy Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings Communicate effectively with clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships Collaborate effectively with others fostering a positive and cooperative work environment Communicate relevant information to increase team knowledge Coordinate with necessary parties to enhance service for our clients Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and document repositories, ensuring easy retrieval and accurate recordkeeping Ensuring our legal and regulatory requirements are constantly met Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years experience working in sales, inbound calls preferred Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent mix of experience and education Excellent and empathetic communicator with customer service skills Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend complex legal concepts and convey them clearly to clients Proficiency with CRM systems Qualifications that Predict Success Strong ability to balance persuasion and professionalism Ability to juggle multiple priorities within tight time constraints Adaptable and comfortable with a level of change as a growing company Willingness to learn legal concepts, procedures, and terminology Attention to detail to maintain accurate client records Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Compensation: Base salary range of 60,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
