Requirements Responsibilities: Conduct independent engineering calculations Utilize AutoCAD and/or Civil3D for public, private, and institutional projects Transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications Effectively research and analyze necessary aspects of projects Provide support to the project team for various client projects Coordinate with local agencies as needed Supervise/Coach/Mentor staff and coordinate with them on design efforts Qualifications: BS degree in Civil Engineering PE Certification Ten or more years of civil engineering experience, preferably in commercial land development Minimum four years as a Project Manager Ability to work on projects from small to large in scope Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines while managing a diverse portfolio Proficiency in the use of civil engineering/land development-based CAD drafting using Autodesk Civil 3D Knowledge of local jurisdictional requirements is a plus
