Field Project Administrative Assistant for our Project team at the West Point, PA site, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services as part of our Life Sciences Group. You will be supporting the Project Manager, Construction Manager for the project which will also extend to the project team. In this role, you will be expected to perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You will be accountable for a wide variety of tasks such as, coordination and scheduling meetings, calendar maintenance, assist the team with creating, maintaining, and distributing meeting minutes for all meetings, support the team in maintaining and preparing reports, power point presentations, stocking supplies, ordering catering, etc. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives. At least 10 years of administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization. Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Proven self-starter, proactive, with the ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload Demonstrate key competencies in the areas of communication, planning and organizing, flexibility and adaptability, customer service, problem assessment and problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
