You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Weehawken, NJ or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Automation . Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing . Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time Preferred Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent focusing on wealth management business area Experience in a similar position focused on wealth or asset management within the finance sector Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Deep understanding of Mainframe technologies, which include CICS, COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, Changeman and also well versed with MQ, Json, SPUFI Good Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination. Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
