JOB POSTING #1060 TITLE: Senior Employee Engagement Specialist (hybrid role) INDUSTRY: Financial Services LOCATION: New York, NY COMPENSATION: $125-150k base plus a bonus RELOCATION: Paid SUMMARY: - The focus of this role is to enhance employee engagement at the company through a variety of events and methods - Will own, lead, and run a large portion of the company's events while coming up with new and creative ideas to enhance employee engagement at the firm - Will lead community-building and networking programs for new hires, manage global events, handle production elements, etc. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of experience - Experience planning domestic and global events of all sizes including managing event budgets and ensuring attendees have a seamless experience, in-person and virtual - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Cvent, Social Tables, Allseated, Slido, and video conferencing platforms - Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational acumen - Well-developed negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal) - Creative and innovative approach to designing visually appealing invitations, crafting engaging event schedules, and curating employee engagement activities - Bachelor's degree To apply, please visit: OR CONTACT: Ralph Chapman Email: Please reference the JOB POSTING # and the JOB TITLE in the subject line of your email.
