Our client, one of the most prestigious hedge funds in the world, is looking to hire an administrative assistant to work as a floater across a variety of departments. The successful candidate will have administrative experience in a corporate environment and a positive and flexible attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to maintain calendars, contacts and tasks Provide general administrative support as requested (assist with incoming phone calls, moderate copying/putting together presentations/preparing materials for meetings, etc.) and provide back up administrative support as needed Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings Coordinate complex travel arrangements Create detailed travel itineraries Complete expense reports and track reimbursements Pro-actively anticipate work assignments whenever possible Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive issues and materials Work with departments in need of extra help; and other reasonably related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS 3-4 years of corporate administrative experience College degree preferred Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with strong follow-through skills Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Flexibility to juggle moderate degree of multiple and changing priorities Resourcefulness (especially online) in executing projects Collaborative/teamwork attitude and skills a must SALARY $100-120K (DOE) + discretionary bonus HOURS 9am-6pm + flexibility for OT as needed #IND1
