Responsibilities: * Candidates should be passionate, motivated, and organized individuals that have a desire to work in a fast paced environment equipped with a great, positive attitude. * Implement curriculum while developing materials, resources and lesson plans. * Assessing children and evaluating bench markers while noting progress. * Communicate with staff, students and parents on child development related matters. * Working with a team of staff members to provide quality childcare that reinforces learning and growth. * Lead Teacher is responsible for the condition, cleanliness and organization of the room. * Parent-Teacher conferences, Back To School Night and Community Evening Events are mandatory for Lead Teachers. * Ensuring the safety of our students at all times while adhering to our company standards and procedures. * Candidates should be able to multitask as well as delegate responsibilities to the Assistant Teacher(s). Qualifications: * Candidates should possess at least one year experience within a child care setting. * A CDA, Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. * Candidate must be available to work anywhere from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Compensation contingent on experience and educational background. * Should possess a valid driver's license with reliable mode of transportation. * Benefits available after probabtionary period.
