16th October, 2024 The Company Our Client is a global luxury and incentives agency and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role is for those that thrive on taking creative challenges and ideas and translating them into unique and memorable global experiences. The client delivers white glove, high-touch destination experiences, events and programs for corporate and VIP clients. The Role The Senior Account Manager is responsible for overseeing from end to end, a variety of experiences and projects including luxury activations, special private events, and incentives travel. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating all aspects of projects, events and experiences from concept through to brief, ideation, design, and delivery Client relationship management and communications with C-level and UHNW clients Managing project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, run sheets, vendors, hospitality, travel and supplier contracts Managing project budgets and reporting to ensure financial profitability and value for clients Contracting and managing suppliers including venues, audio visual, hotels, hospitality and technical staff Participating in the creative ideation process to brainstorm concepts Conducting site inspections and client presentations Reports into the Head of Experiences This Job is Ideal for Someone who has 8+ years experience within luxury incentives and travel, corporate events and private client events. Experience within the global luxury, luxury hospitality and travel industries highly preferred. Strong project management skills Strong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results. Direct client facing experience with C-level corporate clients and UHNW, VVIP clientele highly preferred. Excellent visual and creative eye for design Strong written and verbal communication skills A passion for events, travel and hospitality and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment Excellent computer skills Experience managing and writing Client briefs Proven experience managing large production budgets Excellent time management and problem solving skills Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events and experiences A thorough understanding of permitting standards and procurement The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events Local, interstate and international travel may be required Bachelor's Degree preferred The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
