Your expertise will be crucial in cultivating strong relationships with investors, issuers, and other key stakeholders in the market. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the structuring, pricing, and execution of equity transactions, ensuring they align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with other departments to stay in tune with market trends and provide valuable insights that influence our investment strategies. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline, and an MBA or CFA is preferred. You must have at least 10 years of experience in equity capital markets, demonstrating a successful track record of establishing and leading ECM functions.
