The BASIS Ed Texas Marketing & Creative Services department serves as the in-house advertising agency to support the growth of BASIS Texas Charter Schools. The Email Coordinator will report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Design. This role is hybrid, with part of the week at our office in Scottsdale, Arizona. As the Email Coordinator, you will be responsible to lead email campaigns from start to finish, driving engagement and revenue. You will develop and execute strategies, oversee campaign scheduling, and analyze data to refine future campaigns. You possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as be familiar with email marketing software such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Constant Contact. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support business objectives and goals. Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build email templates that are on-brand and visually appealing. Manage subscriber lists and segmentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Manage relationships with email service providers and other vendors. Stay up-to-date with email marketing software and technologies, making recommendations for adoption or upgrades. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate email marketing with other marketing channels and initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years experience in email marketing. Proficient in email automation platforms e.g Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Experience with A/B testing and optimization. Familiar with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) Experience with analytics and reporting. Ability to execute email campaigns from start to finish. Excellent project management skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Experience with HTML and CSS for email templates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
