Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of electrical construction projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electricians, apprentices, and other field personnel.Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Review project plans and specifications, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, daily reports, and safety logs.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.Qualifications:5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.Proven ability to manage large-scale electrical projects from start to finish.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license (preferred).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on prehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement plan).Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States since 1990.
