Equipment provided for remote work; This role will be hybrid in office Responsibilities of the Accounts Payables Specialist will include: Accounts Payable - handle approximately 100 invoices per week via YardiAvidXchange Assist with invoicing, ensuring all payment terms are consistent with agreements and contracts Communicate with vendors daily to ensure invoices are correct ask for revisions when needed Qualifications of the Accounts Payables Specialist: Up to one year of Accounts Payable experience; open to industry Experience with an accountingERP system such as AvidXchange or Yardi is a plus not a must Basic skills via Microsoft Excel #INDEC2023 #CBDEC2023
