Purchasing Manager About the Company & Opportunity: CFS, NY is working with an established Non-Profit conveniently located Harlem near multiple forms of public transportation The organization aids seniors to live independently, provides families for children, arranges safe and affordable housing, maintains hunger prevention centers and provides services for immigrants and refugees. They run various programs to aid in the areas mentioned above! This will be a full-time, hybrid position Responsibilities of the Purchasing Manager: Handling procurementpurchasing & supply ordering primarily via email Sending quotes & other relevant info to vendors; maintaining strong vendor relationships Approving invoices in the system Working closely with assigned managersbuildings on purchasing needs Experience Preferred of the Purchasing Manager: Prior ProcurementPurchasing experience required Real estate experience a plus, but not required! AvidXchange experience is a plus! Strong verbal & written communication skills Eager to join a strong, collaborative team!
