Our healthcare client is looking for a collaborative Director of Revenue Cycle to join the senior leadership team. This role works closely with senior leadership and will be responsible for 50+ direct reports. Overview of the Director of Revenue Cycle role: Continuously evaluate and enhance revenue cycle functions. Mentor and develop team members, focusing on succession planning. Stay updated on industry changes through networking and participation. Keep staff informed about relevant changes and updates. Oversee department operations, budgeting, employee satisfaction, and strategic planning for multiple areas including Billing, Collections, and Health Information Management. Manage regulatory audits, financial projections, and develop patient financial policies while ensuring compliance and addressing performance variances. Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Revenue Cycle: Bachelor's Degree a plus 10+ years of experience in a revenue cycle role or similar role 5+ years of supervisory experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Open to candidates without healthcare experience RHIA certification a plus Salary and Benefits Base Pay of $155,000 to $175,000 In office role in Wooster Ohio Fantastic benefit package #director #healthcare #growth #management #revenuecycle
