Job Title: Payroll Clerk Summary: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment of employees and compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees Maintain payroll records and documentation Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries Prepare and submit payroll tax reports Requirements: At least one year of Payroll or HR experience Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel Strong attention to detail and math skills Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws Excellent organizational and time management skills Education: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred #INNOV2024
