RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP STAFF ACCOUNTANT The AP Staff Accountant will process approximately 150 payables weekly via paper, digital, prepaid, and scheduled payables The AP Staff Accountant will code invoices, obtain approvals, enter, post, and prepare check run Process weekly payroll for approximately 80 employees (hourly and salaried) Assist with office administrative tasks, including supply ordering, filing, and other items Cross-train on other accounting functions EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE AP STAFF ACCOUNTANT: Must have mastery of full-cycle AP processing Experience with processing payroll is a must Post high-school education is a plus but not a must for this role Salary is $60-$70k, DOE
