Teacher plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy. Visit our website to see how your commute would be and to learn more about our school: Skills & Other Requirements What we need from you: Lead Teacher: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent college credits) in Elementary, Early Childhood Education, or Child Development At least one-year experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred - not required) OR An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children. Assistant Teacher: High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
