Our client in the financial industry is seeking an Infrastructure Operational Resiliency (IOR) Policy and Process Oversight Analyst to join their team. As an IOR Business/Technology Analyst, you will be part of the organization that supports the Governance, Oversight and Health Reporting for Backup and Enterprise Critical Infrastructure activities following Regulatory MRA remediation. This role will be based in Jersey City, New Jersey and is not remote. Job Title: Infrastructure Operational Resiliency (IOR) Policy and Process Oversight Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range: $0 (Rate data not provided) What's the Job? Facilitation of Data Backup Policy and Standards compliance and exception processing. Management of Process Owner Portal (POP) Single Process Inventory (SPI) Process and Control maintenance routines and Metric reporting. Addressing Control partner inquires, and challenges related to Data Backup Policy and Standards as well as Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) Standards. Coordination with large number of individual data / application owners, and the tracking and oversight of corresponding Policy adherence. Influence and support executives, application owners and SMEs by facilitating operational deliverables within a collaborative team environment and delivering results. What's Needed? Background in Technology Resiliency, Business Continuity, Backup and Restoral Services with emphasis on Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory delivery. Strong written and verbal communication that supports driving strategic direction while providing guidance and support of enterprise and other business management services. Out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to identify technology and/or process solutions. Exceptional ability to think systemically.
