LHH Recruitment in partnership with a company in NY is seeking an interim Office Services Assistant. This role is fully on-site from 9-5pm. They need someone who is available to start ASAP. Responsibilities Scan and Mail Transcripts Assist with scanning and filing Assist with mail sorting and delivery Assist with the maintenance of the office and conference rooms Assist with maintenance of inventory Assist with downloading information to iManage/FileSite Any other administrative duties required of the role Requirements HS diploma 3+ years of relevant experience Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Experience in iManage is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work within a fast paced environment
