Job Description Civil and Utilities Chief Estimator - Mount Vernon, NY Lead the estimation team in preparing precise and competitive bids, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals. Develop and refine estimating processes, maintaining a database of costs for materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes to develop realistic, comprehensive cost projections. Collaborate closely with senior management to align project goals with financial targets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
