Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Saddle Brook, NJ Direct Hire Monday through Friday 65K to 75K/Annual We are seeking a self-driven, professional with strong interpersonal skills to join our client-centric focused service team. Servicing clients in varying industries including not for profit, real estate, construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES •Assist with client audits, reviews and compilation engagements. •Preparation of financial statements and disclosures. •Preparation of corporate, partnership, individual tax returns. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and best-in-class service. QUALIFICATIONS •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. •2+ years of recent public accounting and auditing experience a plus •Experience using Prosystem Engagement, PPC Smart Tools, ProSystem Fx Tax, QuickBooks, a plus. •Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel skills required. •Customer centric approach, strong interpersonal, analytical skills. •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills •Self-starting team member with attention to detail. •Time management skills.
