Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:assist with print presentation boards - either manual or on Illustratorcreate Illustrator boards to show store accounts as neededcut references of all fabrics received for the trend boards and our records• Generation of detailed labelling and packing detailsInterfacing with design to ensure color matchAccurate proof reading of trim detailsTimely updating of the PDM data basecreate excel fabric chart with all fabric details and colors ordered for trackingfollow up on all sy ordered to ensure timely deliverymaintain fabric library and sample room fabricsMisc organization, filing of fabrics, prints and color standards as neededComplete all the above in an accurate, timely manner and adhering to target completion datesFollowing up with appliance to ensure on time productionMaintain trim libraryTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
