Be an essential link between executives and everyday operations, attending meetings on behalf of TAU CEO and TAU executives whenever needed and arming decision-makers with indispensable knowledge. Website under construction.The Chief of Staff is expected to dedicate approx. 70% of the time to [IN]SPACE and the remaining to other TAU investmentsplatforms.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Chief of Staff is expected to serve as,1- Air traffic controller mainly for TAU CEO but also for TAU Executives and [IN]SPACE executives.Being the TAU CEO's (also Chairman of the [IN]SPACE) personal timekeeper, orchestrating his schedule. Work in tandem with the remote PA of TAU CEO for any matter concerning scheduling and travel planning.Facilitate organization of meetings across all different workstreams of [IN]SPACE, relevant board meetings, and executive committee meetings, working closely with Project Leader of [IN]Space. To note that meetings of TAU are already fully coordinated by remote PA of TAU CEO.2- Integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed. Teaming up with Managing Director of [IN]SPACE to prioritize strategic business meetings, organize them and prepare researches and materials of relevance.Monitoring key performance indicators to measure and improve team pleting special projects under the supervision of TAU and [IN]SPACE executives.Managing and proposing improvement of the communication infrastructure tools including BOX, slack channels, filing etc.3- Communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization. · Keeping meetings focused on priorities and planning and coordinating them effectively. Taking and sharing notes and clear follow up actions - monitor that they are effectively covered.· Support TAU and [IN]SPACE leadership team in developing appropriate reporting, and communication in order to accelerate the process towards development and commercial targets.· Facilitate and cascade internal and external stakeholder communications regarding key decisions and information.REQUIRED BACKGROUNDThis role requires a unique combination of high-level project management experience with a detail-oriented approach and at least 4 to 8 years in relevant roles such as:· Project management in Business Development or Strategy departments of corporations (ideally in consumers related businesses).· Consultant in established management consulting companies.· Previous role as Chief of Staff in either an investment holding, family office, private equity firm or corporation.· Operational roles especially in IT departments or in supply chain management.· Experience in financial modelling, management accounting and relevant reporting would be an important plus.· A passion for inclusive and responsible fashion another very valuable plus.On top of above working experience the role requires:· Ability to supervise a combination of professional, technical and clerical personnel;· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;· Ability to resolve conflicts swiftly;· Ability to follow through on issues to successful completion;· High attention to detail, flexible, collaborative, and willing to be involved in all aspects of the business;· Tact, honesty, integrity and a sense of humor.TERMS· Job Type: Full-time.· Location: This will be a hybrid role, predominantly remote with the expectation to attend NYC based TAU office space 2 times a week.
