Job Summary:Yrefy is a dynamic lender that solves the student loan dilemma with unique financial products for borrowers and investors. This role's primary responsibilities are to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth. As part of the marketing team, you will create email copy and ensure that the message resonates with our audiences. If you are passionate about people and thrive in a growing environment, we invite you to consider joining our team.*Please include a sample of your work.Supervisory Responsibilities:None.DutiesResponsibilities:Develops and executes the email marketing strategy, including planning and scheduling campaigns, segmenting audiences, and personalizing content.Writes high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows.Optimizes email content through engagement metrics, quality, and brand alignment.AB tests subject lines, copy, and creative elements to continuously improve performance.Collaborates with designers, industry experts, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.Manages and grows the email subscriber list while maintaining proper segmentation and list hygiene.Analyzes and reports on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.Stays up to date with email marketing trends, best practices, and GDPRCAN-SPAM compliance.Monitors deliverability and ensures that emails are successfully landing in inboxes.Uses marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) to build, send, and track campaigns.Required SkillsAbilities: Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management, preferably in consumer finance.Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing engaging email copy.Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Experience with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of audience engagement.Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance regulations.Experience in AB testing and optimization techniques.Understanding of segmentation and personalization strategies.Basic knowledge of HTMLCSS for email template customization.Experience with B2C email campaigns is a plusEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or 5 years of industry experience in marketing or relevant field related degree.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.About Us:Yrefy's core principles are Vision, Compassion, Innovation, Excellence, Integrity, Respect, and Teamwork.
