Host/Hostess

A high-end Midtown-based restaurant group comprised of several fine dining establishments, is seeking experienced hostshostesses for full-time employment during lunch, and dinner shifts. The ideal candidate is neat and professional in appearance, strives in a fast-paced environment, is a team player with great customer service skills, has prior experience in an upscale dining environment, and an interest in the hospitality industry. OpenTable and Resy knowledge is a plus.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greeting guests & identifying VIPsEffectively communicating guest needs with the FOHBOH teams and management and assisting with seatingAnswering the phone Making reservations and taking delivery, takeout, and room service ordersInteracting with guests and answering all questions in a professional and courteous mannerApplicants should be able to stand for long hours.
