The Sunrise Brands Group offers an array of career opportunities!Job SummaryProduction Assistant role is an entry level position that includes providing support to the Production Department by relaying correspondence to and from our factories and accounts, tracking pre-productionproduction submits and maintaining all purchase order data as well as assisting with special projects as needed.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with our overseas partners on a daily basis to keep production schedulecalendar.Monitor all trackers and PSRWIPs to ensure high level of accuracy.Manage, track, and document all incoming and upcoming packages.Check and reconfirm all purchase orders by identifying any discrepancies.Coordinate and manage production samples & production library.Assist in maintaining weekly shipping reports to accountsanize cost sheet for the Costing Manager QualificationsRequirements0-1 year of production work experienceSelf-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to adapt to change in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailAnalytical with high degree of accuracyProactive with strong follow-up skillsResourceful problem solverProficient with Microsoft Office, knowledge of G-Suites Work Location and ScheduleThis job will require that you work from our office in New York, NY, on weekdays during normal business hours (9am to 6pm).How to ApplyIf you think this job is a fit for what you are looking for, then applying is a snap.
