We're a venture-backed company with the same investors behind SKIMS, Glossier, Harry's, Peloton, and Oatly.Hawthorne is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Operations and Finance team.ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support for retail channels including Target, Amazon, Nordstrom, CVS, and specialty retailersOwn relationship with the Company's 3PLs for all fulfillment and shipping needs across DTC and wholesaleManage special product projects including kitting, repackaging, one-off products, etc.Manage customer experience for the Company including customer questions, orderproduct issues, returns and exchanges, reviews and ratings, and communication across email and social channelsEnsure Hawthorne and its products follow federal and industry standards, as well as retailer formulation standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Finance teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant fieldMinimum 3.5 4.0 GPAIncredibly organized and detail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communicatorA true problem-solver who is creative, independent, and flexible in their solutioningExperienced using Microsoft ExcelStrong external stakeholder management and cross-functional teaming abilitiesEmbraces a highly collaborative and agile team environmentOpen to challenging existing ideas and methods and thinking outside the boxRelevant experience in a customer experience role, a plus1+ years of relevant experience at a corporate or startup in an operations or supply chain role, a plusCompensation and BenefitsCompensation range: $50-65kComprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) plan Parental leave policyUnlimited vacationFlexible and hybrid work environment (2-3 days per week in our Manhattan, NY office)Company laptopFree Hawthorne products + an employee discountApplication InstructionsPlease send a resume and brief introduction of yourself via email to welcome qualified candidates of all races, creeds, genders, and sexuality to apply.
