MetLife Stadium, home to the NY Giants and NY Jets has an opportunity for a currently enrolled college junior or senior to intern at MetLife Stadium this summer in our Guest Services Department. Our internships are unpaid , selected students are scheduled 2 days per week plus events, from May to August 2025. This internship will allow the student to be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the Guest Services department. Students will learn what it takes to plan and execute events at MetLife Stadium as well as gain experience on how to operate a venue while meeting the needs of guest and team members. Internship Summary Intern will work closely with the Guest Services Department, as well as other departments within MetLife Stadium. Guest and Premium Services Assist the Customer Service staff with incoming and outgoing calls and providing a prompt response to all service emails within the required timeframe Effectively provide satisfactory responses to all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints Assist in managing the Guest Services Event Representatives staff Inventory tracking for Guest Services Event Representatives staff and concert supplies Providing support to our Lost and Found program Assist with event day briefings, paperwork, inventory, and distribution Provide accurate, detailed directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas, restrooms, and concession on event days Aid in event day distribution to MetLife Stadium suites Promote Guest Services programs and initiatives Shadow Guest Services full-time and part-time staff during event days to learn what is needed to execute a successful event Basic office functions as needed Team Member Experience Provide support with the recruitment, selection, coaching and management of Guest Service team members Help with delivering new hire training for incoming MetLife Stadium Team Members Maintain effective communication with Guest Service team members Assist in the research and implementation of new Employee Incentive programs Work with MetLife Stadium uniform room staff to prepare and operate Uniform Room prior to Team Member arrivals on event day Support Guest Service team members on event days and non-event days Eligibility Must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program (Junior/Senior as of September 2025) or Post-Graduate program Skill Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize assignments Strong customer service and people skills Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills A can-do attitude with the desire to learn and have fun while doing it Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Adhere to MetLife Stadium policies and procedures while interning at the Stadium Schedule: Due to the unique Stadium schedule the event operations intern would be required to attend events in the evening, weekends and often holidays.
