ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: As a Cook III at EWR, you are essential in delivering the exceptional OTG guest experience. Your responsibilities include preparing food to precise temperature, portion, and plating specifications while maintaining a clean and sanitized work area. A successful Cook III enjoys working with others and is motivated to deliver high-quality food experiences for guests. Responsibilities: An OTG Cook III will work on the line in one of OTG's full-service concepts Be able to prepare all the menu items on each station, know how to prepare the station for service, and know how to make all components on the station Ensure the correct temperature, portion size, and plating specifications are executed for consistent presentation according to OTG standards. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment (i.e. stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc.) Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members to achieve guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years of age Must be fully conversational in English 3+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced dining restaurant (demonstrating proficient cooking skills). Experience on multiple stations in the kitchen required Must successfully obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation Able to lift 35 lbs. or more OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer.
