Job Overview: The Food & Beverage Manager works closely with both the HOA and management team to oversee the back and front of the house & event functions within the Del Webb Bayview Community in Parrish Florida to ensure we maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service. Reports to: Director of F&B Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of all aspects of the restaurant, dining room and function rooms Collaborates with the development of menus and pricing strategies. Placing weekly orders and negotiate pricing with suppliers Work closely with Human Resources and Director of F&B to assist with recruiting, training, and performance management Motivates the staff to ensure that guest receives excellent services Directs, implements and maintains great service to guests Supervising cash handling procedures Finding training opportunities through daily activities Communicate and collaborate to ensure seamless guest service and creative solutions to venue and event opportunities Qualifications/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree or Hotel & Restaurant Management is preferred At least 2 years of food & beverage experience is required. Previous experience in supervising food & beverage team in a full-service boutique or luxury hotel environment is preferred Basic computer skills are required. Prior experience using Microsoft Office and knowledge of standard restaurant and bar operations technology. Must be able to communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal.
