Role PLM Techno Functional Key Skills PLM techno Functional, performance enablement, change management and leadership development/assessment Location Akron, OH ( 100% onsite 5 days a week from Day 1 ) Experience 7+ yrs Role Description Job Responsibilities: Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies. Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client's Change Management methodologies. Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training. Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition. Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan. Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation. Lead the execution of multiple, actionable, targeted change management strategies and implementation plans that may reach global, regional or local workforces. Provide coaching and guidance to Sponsors/Leaders on leading, resourcing and managing change. Providing change enablement leadership and guidance to technology and business partners Provide change management support across Technology & Operations programs or multiple projects. Partner with Executives to set the overall change strategy on programs / projects. Coach and prepare individual leaders to lead change and facilitate alignment of project objectives among the leaders. Define Sponsor goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process. Work with Executives and Senior Management to ensure that the right resources are engaged in a timely manner to support key change initiatives. Work with the training group to ensure training materials are developed and classes are held on schedule. Skill Required: Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communication. 10 years combined experience in designing and leading organization effectiveness strategies, performance enablement, change management and leadership development/assessment. Ability to engage, partner with and influence senior university leadership and other business executives. Experience in managing project and/or division/department budgets strongly preferred. The ability to track, assess, manage and reinforce change readiness across the workforce and key stakeholder groups as changes are deployed year over year. 3-5 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale technology initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups Demonstrated ability to manage / support global, regional and local workforces. Certified in Change Management.
