Our client is a business services firm. They seek a Human Resources Director to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Oversee the administration of human resource programs Manage employee insurance and retirement programs Handle COBRA administration for the company Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Understand the organization's goals and strategy Maintain knowledge of best practices and regulatory changes Support staffing and recruiting needs and hiring practices Review payroll and human resource information systems Aid in the development of the corporate HR budget Complete other duties as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar 5+ years of human resource management experience Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Organized, analytical, with keen attention to detail Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS #J-18808-Ljbffr
