Overview HR Acuity is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader who possesses strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. We will need a self -motivated individual who can proactively solve problems and adapt quickly to changing market conditions. This candidate must have the ability to motivate, inspire and hold a remote sales team accountable. This role reports directly into the CRO and is critical to the success of the sales department and the company as a whole. What You'll Do: Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a remote sales team to exceed performance goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess and improve the sales team's performance through KPIs and regular 1:1s. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Who we are and what is our mission? Submissions from agencies will not be considered. The Opportunity Motivate and inspire a sales team, and hold a remote team accountable. Provide coaching, guidance, and training to help team members achieve their goals. Continuously strive to uplevel the skillset of the team. Complete weekly 1:1's with all team members to drive accountability and progress to their goals. Continuously monitor and assess the sales team's performance. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, sales pipeline, both created and closed. Accurately forecast revenue to be closed during a given period. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and internal customer relationships. Understand competitive landscapes and industry trends. Recruit new sales team members to help us scale our organization. Collaborate on shared goals with cross-departmental teams. Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 8 years' experience in Sales that has delivered on the expectations that have been set by leadership. A minimum of 3 years' of managing an Enterprise SaaS sales team. The ability to develop relationships with your team based on trust and hard work that drive to successful outcomes for the rep and the company. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Relationship Building for Influence. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. High level of integrity and work discipline. We are headquartered in Florham Park, NJ. This role is remote W/F/H. Ability to come to the office for company/department collaboration to meet business needs and travel to customer meetings Perks and Benefits Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $340,000 and $360,000/year (OTE) ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
