Demonstrates how a range of situations may be affected by the principles of insurance. Applies the principles of insurance to various situations. Fully competent in applying established standards and works with guidance or direct supervision by exception. Performs more complex responsibilities and are primary points of contact for the clients they oversee. Develops action plans to reach client goals and suggests potential upgrades to grow or diversify client portfolio, and works closely with the sales team to help acquire new clients. Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).The Senior Private Risk Advisor is responsible for the generation and production of qualified new business opportunities consistent with specifically defined objectives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESExpand and grow the Private Risk Group.Handle confidential customer relationships with platinum level clientsAssist in managing carrier relationships, communications and problem resolutionCommunicate effectively within the team environment, inclusive of the Team Members, other producers when applicable, and Practice Group LeadersProduction responsibilitiesGenerate qualified new business opportunities by developing and maintaining referral sources, strong relationships with our internal producers and Acrisure Partners, and by meeting with prospective clients.Responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, presenting proposals and closing new Private Risk accountsReview insurance policies and contracts and make recommendations for improvementDevelop and nurture COI relationshipsDevelop and direct new business strategy internally with Director and the Team to hit production goalsAttend and host networking eventsMaintain and Update weekly pipeline reportClient Service responsibilitiesManage the insurance renewal and selection process for assigned accounts.Identify potential opportunities for cross-sell and organic growth for assigned book of business.Develop and monitor client service plans in conjunction with claims on an annual basis.Establish credibility by developing sustainable relationships with senior-level client personnel and be recognized as a trusted advisor by clients, Acrisure leadership, and peersAct as a conduit to facilitate opportunities to other internal departmentsResponsible for maintaining timeline and review during renewal cycle.Develop rapport with underwriters and be able to thoroughly explain the background and nature of an account as well as clearly convey the desired price point and coverages.Apply problem solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issues.Collaboration & Communication within practice group to address any emerging risks, carrier issues, etc. that need to be addressedBrand AmbassadorBe a "face" of the Practice Group to internal and external clients and industry peersCollaborate leadership on the Practice Group's messaging, working with our marketing/PR resources on promoting and educating clients and prospects on areas impacting their livesCreate differentiation for the Practice Group, driving value back to our clients and our stakeholders.Specialty knowledgeApply problem-solving techniques to various agency, prospect & insurance company issues.Be a continuous student of the industry and the risks faced by the clients and prospects, what is important to them and their AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSExcellent management and interpersonal skills.Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Epic experience a plus.Strong organizational skills.Strongly demonstrates desire and commitment to resultsStrong business acumenSales Experience Required, with demonstrated resultsStrong technical skills with knowledge of coverage and markets.College degree preferred.Licensed in property and casualty insurance.Minimum 10 years of Personal Lines experience in an agency/brokerage environment, preferably in Private RiskProfessional Insurance Designations preferred.Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
