Job Description Ensure accounting processes are documented. Maintain financial records and reports. Monitor daily banking activities. Oversee month-end close and prepare financial reports. Assist the CFO with banking, taxes, insurance, and legal matters as needed. Provide monthly financial reports to the CFO and Board of Directors. Oversee annual financial statement preparation and audits. Ensure timely submission of various tax reports and payments. Safeguard company cash and ensure proper fund disbursement procedures. Collaborate with the CFO on the annual budget and profitability recommendations.
