Job Description Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other legal requirements. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors. Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to meet operational needs. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
