TEACHER RECRUITER TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST EDUCATION United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow their existing education division. We work with Charter, Private, Religious, Public and Special Ed schools throughout the country. We are looking for someone who has recruitment and interview experience for various school positions. Hours 9am 5pm Salary - $50,000 + Commission Benefits and PTO Responsibilities for the Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist: Identify Heads of School, Teachers, Teacher Assistants and Paraprofessionals who are seeking new employment Search various job boards and platforms to fill various open academic positions Screen, interview and refer qualified candidates Must feel comfortable using Facetime, Teams and Zoom Ability to read resumes and determine qualifications Understand Special Ed requirements Ensure that candidate has all required credentials and licenses
