KPI and Metric driven About Our Client Fast growing tech startup in NYC is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join their team. As the Recruiting Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters to execute hiring strategies that meet our aggressive growth targets. You will work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, set KPIs, and ensure that recruiting efforts are aligned with the company's vision. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing recruiting teams in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments, ideally within agency recruitment, startups, or a mix of both. This position is located in NYC 4 days a week onsite. $120k-$145k+ bonus. Job Description Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to help them hit hiring goals. Develop and implement scalable recruiting strategies that align with the company's hiring needs and growth objectives. Set and monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure a high level of performance and continuous improvement within the recruiting team. Partner closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and refine the recruitment process. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates. Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for leadership roles or high-priority positions as needed. Optimize and standardize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices, implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruiting process. Foster a collaborative, high-performance recruiting culture that emphasizes teamwork, transparency, and accountability. The Successful Applicant Previous experience in a high-growth tech startup or scaling recruitment for a tech company. Experience in both agency recruitment and in-house recruiting roles. 5+ years of recruiting experience , with at least 2+ years managing a recruiting team . Proven experience in KPI/metric-driven recruiting environments (startup or agency recruiting background preferred). Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment efforts in a fast-growing company, preferably within tech or a similar industry. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and experience managing the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles. Experience developing and tracking recruiting KPIs, including time-to-hire, source quality, cost-per-hire, and more. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in recruitment technology tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
