Advertising Account Executive - Data & Programmatic Sales: Denver, Colorado Are you ready to accelerate your career with a global leader in financial services? In this role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through data and media sales focused on a list of accounts. You will be a hybrid hunter/farmer and will support the rest of the externally facing sales and business development team members by acting as a subject matter expert on audience data. You will work to achieve revenue targets established by the departmental head by selling directly to independent media agencies, trading desks, and indirectly through partnerships with networks, DSPs & SSPs. Role Responsibilities Meet management-established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas in data-related deals Prospect, identify, and create account-level deal opportunities between Western Union and (to be named) independent agencies, trading desks, networks, demand side platforms and supply side platforms Conduct partner meetings and present sales pitch with cohesive, partner-focused audience data and media network opportunities Provide regular feedback to product, operations & sales leadership from buy side customers to improve offering and pitch Collaborate with a broader sales team and occasionally act as supporting data subject matter expert in meetings Stay ahead of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape (with regards to data offerings and financial media networks) to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge Prepare key documents required to complete advertising sales including contracts, negotiations, etc. Maintain data entry into CRM software. Role Requirements 5-8 years in media, advertising, data sales. Existing buy-side relationships preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Industry networking, presentation skills, cross team collaboration, attention to details. Strong command of spreadsheets, audits, and customer relationship and project management software. Proven track record developing and managing Marketing Media sales collateral, presentations, reports, and partnership plans with an attention to detail. Understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use in marketing. Knowledgeable about AdTech, MarTech, Programmatic media, digital and omni-channel marketing. Learn more about our purpose and people at Salary The annual gross base salary range is $102,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD per year. This role is also eligible to receive commission that aligns with individual performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
