General Statement/Purpose of Job: Supply Chain Planner is responsible for the management of all inbound & outbound shipments within the overseas & domestic Supply Chain. They will also be responsible for resolving issues stemming from distribution partners (Receiving, Outbound, Returns, Claims & Inventory discrepancies) & Logistics providers. Supply Chain Planner will also perform allocation duties and act as a liaison between ILLUMUS and their distribution & logistics partners. This position will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage Inbound/Outbound volume & ETA visibility via provided tools for internal and external customers. Responsible to communicate changes where applicable • Coordinate with freight forwarders for last-mile delivery, freight quotes, management of shipments & processing claims • Responsible for order fulfillment across DC(s), maintaining defined service levels & resolving operational discrepancies. Coordinate operational review with external partners • Partner with the DC(s) to manage various operational functions, not limited to receipt of goods, outbound, returns, cycle-counts, claims & inventory discrepancies. • Responsible for operational reporting, including KPIs per provided tools and guidelines • Responsible for Sales Order Management through ERP. Update ship-dates & other changes per defined parameters • Work on other projects as assigned - PC & Supplies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong Analytical, innovative & critical thinking skills • Effective communication, organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: • University degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering • At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a Supply Chain role • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 & ERP systems Travel: Minimal Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
